To Login to your account you will need your Username and your Password. A password is automatically generated and is emailed to when you created your account. Your Username is always the first part of your email address (before the @) You can Login using either your username OR your full email address in the username box, both will work.

To login, copy your password from the email and go here: where you can paste it into the Password Box.

You have 100% control over your password and are responsible for keeping it safe. Your first password was sent to you when you created your account and will remain the same unless you change it.

If you wish to change your password, you need first to be logged in to your ‘My-Account page’ where you will see in red text where you can start the process to change your password. 

ONLINE Module Registrations are treated as memberships as they require you to be able to access the course content for the relevant module you have booked.

Access to all of your Lumen course content is available through your personal log in page, which can be accessed through ‘My Account’ here or by clicking the Login button in the main menu.

Just like other organisations, Lumen now provides Online Modules as well as our Onsite Modules. In order to facilitate browsing and ordering for either Online or In Person modules, we have significantly upgraded the booking & order process.

We now have a full e-commerce website, which modules can be browsed and ordered/booked by adding to the ‘basket’. You can add multiple modules if desired, and subsequently pay and checkout with your card. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your booking.
