How to Reset your Password

Step 1: Click Lost your Password

If you have forgotten or mislaid your unique login for your Lumen Dominican account, you will need to reset it.

First, go to tonyb100.sg-host.com/my-account/ and click Lost your Password red text as shown below.

Step 2: Insert your email address

You will then come to a page like this where you will get the option to insert your email address that you registered with in the field provided and then click the button to reset your password.

You will get a message as below to notify you that an email has been sent to you to reset your password.

Step 3: Reset your password on email link

Then, go to your email inbox where you will automatically get an email sent to you (usually within a few minutes) with a link to reset your password.
